3/17/2019 10am-2:30pm at Weathertop Farms in Sharon Springs

This presentation is a global exploration of herbal medicine throughout time. We will discuss and sample some of the first remedies ever recorded and learn about momentous events throughout history that shaped the main systems of herbalism used today: Chinese, Ayurveda and Western Herbalism. We will examine the crossover of these systems that each culture independently developed simultaneously. Students will go home with recipes and ancient wisdom to apply to modern life.
